Hi,

don't know where to put my question in, so I'm using this board.  ;) Does anyone know under which license the Gambas mascot is licensed? Question is, if I am allowed to put that mascot in front of a (book) cover ...?

I think it is under the creative commons license. However why not post your question on the Gambas mailing list. I'm sure Benoît Minisini the developer of Gambas would like to know you are writing a book. And he would answer your question. He is quite helpful on the mailing list.

Well, it will become more a "booklet". Like the ones known of the knowware publishing house. (www.knowware.de or www.knowware.dk don't know if they publish in other languages than German or Danish)
Mine will be for beginners only with about 72 pages and in German.
I will try it on the mailing list again, but I was once registered and had never luck that my message were posted or even answered ...  ???

So, I am registered again at the mailing list and sent yesterday my post. It still doesn't appear on the forum ...  ??? What is wrong?

EDIT: Ok, it worked! Was my fault! I used another e-mail adress to send the messages ...  :P
