Have you thought about adding an 'Application' and/or 'Code/Snippets' forum(s)?  I wrote a frontend to a portknocking program and would like to simply post a link to it so if anyone finds it of use they can use it.

No, I did not.

But sounds like a good idea. So, I just created the Applications/Code Snippets forums.
